When you make your booking, choose the 'Pay on Arrival' option in the payment section of the booking process and complete your booking. You will then receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference number.
Once you have your booking reference number, email us at Downtown hostel or Uptown hostel or via the Support button on the website, with this number and your voucher code and we will manually apply the discount. We will then send your new confirmation email and booking number.
